Why limit pumpkins to fall? I use canned pumpkin throughout the year for baking, etc.

yes, fall is pumpkin everything season to me! I baking fresh pumpkin and then blending it into a puree. I add it to pancake and waffle batter and recently folded it into my baked oatmeal recipe! Just add it in with the wet ingredients and bake with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice…
