I like this info but what do you do if you have a lap top at home and spend hours in front of it? Do you put it on books to elevate level to eye level? What about placement of your feet during this time. Please do a spot on these issues. It was very helpful but not enough info for those of us we spend hours in front of a pc at home. Thanks.
