I had heard about these benefits through the years. I did not know that it should be the raw kind. My questions are what are some good ways to get it into my diet, and how much should I consume each day? Drinking it straight up is not easy.
I drink two tablespoons in a cup of tea every morning with honey. You don’t even taste the vinegar.
We should look for this.
Is there a recommended daily amount to achieve these health benefits?
I read that one or two teaspoons in a 16.9oz bottle of water does the job!…
I drink it with lemon juice and mineral water. About 1 oz per 16oz and the lemon juice i use for taste .
