Hi – your graphic contains this phrase ‘Aim for half your weight in water per day’. Hmmmm, that’s a lot of water! I think you meant look at your weight as ounces instead of pounds, and then drink half that number of ounces per day (so a 180 lb person should drink 90 ounces of water per day). I think you need to clarify or you may have a lot of confused people out there!
