It doesn’t matter what I do. I’m one of those people that can’t get up for nothing. I tried everything to even putting my phone on a dresser to force me to get up. I didn’t even hear it ringing. I try to get to bed early and I still wake up late.
To help motivate yourself to move after the alarm goes off try counting backwards. Start with 5-4-3-2-1 then tell yourself, “GET-UP! Then do it! It doesn’t work counting forward because you will just keep counting until you go back to sleep. Good luck
